Not at all. It's obviously better to implement self-service technology before a restaurant is opened so all the cabling and beer lines can be a part of a first project, but it is not a requirement. We also have experience with implementing our system into a finished restaurants without any major construction changes.

That depends on your local laws, but according to our experience the most likely answer is YES. We finished more than fifty project, mostly in Europe, but we also acquired a Liquor Control Board permission for US and our trademark is registered all around the world.

There are several kinds of self-service bars and other devices, but our system was one of the first.

2S2B Self-Service Beer Bars system was developed in Pilsen(CZ) - The World Capital of Beer, home of Pilsner Urquell, after which the Pilsner kind of beer is named. Our system was a modification of our previous project - Central Beer Delivery System in O2 Arena, Prague. This unique system was implemented in 2004 and is still working, delivering more than 1,000 beers in one minute during all of the sports and cultural events, which take place in this arena every week for past twelve years.

We have more than 10 years of experience making Self-Service systems and more than 25 years of experience delivering other Information&Control systems worldwide.

The function of system differs with various modulations, but the main principle is simple:

Beer flow is measured, stored and processed all the way from flowmeters to you and your customers. All the actions in the system are saved so you have a complete control over your beer flow and customer consumption.

Our software is under constant development so the number of functions increases all the time.

At the moment your customer can order songs to be played in your restaurant, order from your menu, compete with other tables in and out of your bar, communicate with other tables, etc.

You can also project ads, promotions and messages to your customers through touchscreens at their tables, use LED signalization of various actions, connect with other bars and use various manager functions to help you in your bar - inventory, cleaning, various timers for happy hours and menu, beer storage and more.

Definitely yes, you can have as much as 4 kinds of beer at our standard table. We do not recommend that many though, because every beer kind at the table increases the final price significantly.

It does not matter. Both options are possible, so the decision to use KEGs or beer tanks is completely up to you.

Our system comes with a manual for basic repairs and basic set of spare parts is also included. All repairs can be divided into three categories:

1. Things you can fix yourself using the spare parts provided.
2. Computer OS glitches we can fix for you remotely.
3. Things which a local specialist (electrician, IT worker) have to fix.

We provide online support for any technical issues and a lifetime guarantee on our software.

You obviously cannot move all of it (cabling and beer lines for instance), but most parts can be moved without much trouble, reducing a cost of renewal of your bar in a new location.

Do not worry. Or system is equiped with several safety mechanisms ensuring you will always have enough time to bill your customer and keep track of their consuption even in a case of a blackout or other unforeseen situation.

Price of a final solution differs a lot. We have a mobile solution starting at about $2,000 but the price for a complete self-service bar can be in tens of thousands dollars - it all depends on your wishes, premises and the final specification.
